I need help. Do you support windows desktop in kiosk?

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We do support Kiosk for Windows 10 devices. You will be able to lock the device into single-app (Windows Store apps/UWP apps only) or multi-app (Windows Store apps/UWP apps and Desktop apps) kiosk. You can also associate additional restrictions and configurations to the kiosk devices to enhance the security of the kiosk devices.

    In the multi-app kiosk mode feature for Windows devices, you will be able to configure Store apps, UWP apps and any Desktop application installed on your Windows device. To configure the Remote Desktop Connection app to run in the kiosk mode on your Windows devices, follow the steps given below:

    1. Navigate to Policies > New Policy > Kiosk Lockdown > Windows Kiosk Lockdown > Multi App and provide the name of the local user account in which kiosk mode is to be activated as the Kiosk account name. Next, click on the “Add icon” and select Desktop Apps.
    2. Provide the App name and the Location/Path of the application on your device. To find the Location/Path, search “Remote Desktop Connection” in the start menu and click on Open file location to find the location/path of the application. Once the Location/Path has been added, click on Done.
    3. Customize the Start layout for your kiosk mode by uploading an XML file that contains the start layout configurations for your target devices.
    4. Associate the policy with your target devices and save the policy.

    Once the policy has been associated, log in to the kiosk user account. The device will go into kiosk mode, and you can select Remote Desktop Connection from the Start menu.
