We are happy to announce that starting today, Hexnode will be extending support for Windows App Management to .exe deployments as well. With the extended support, you can bid farewell to messy file conversions and app compatibility issues. The increase in scope of deployable applications ensures that all your software needs can be met promptly. The simplified installation process also contributes to enhanced user experience and secure deployments.
As with other app extensions, you can add your .exe files from the Apps tab by navigating to Apps > +Add Apps > Enterprise Apps. Then, from platforms, choose Windows and select the EXE File radio button to upload the required applications.
To deploy the applications to the target devices, go to Actions > Install Application. Select the required enterprise app and click on Next to configure additional installation settings.
