have an iPad enrolled in Hexnode. If the device is lost or a guy failed to return it and i enabled the lost mode. But later the device got disconncet from internet. Now i got the device back, can i somehow remove the lost state

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Since the device is in lost mode, you will not be able to connect it back to a network.
You will also not be able to wipe the device using apple configurator as the device will ask for trust permission while connecting to Mac. This cannot be enabled as the device is in lost mode.
The only option is to hard reset the device.
