App installation is a boon if you can enforce the apps to the devices. You could achieve it using Hexnode MDM by merely setting it as mandatory apps.
For Windows devices, previously, you could only deploy MSI apps via “Install Application” action. But, with Hexnode’s latest update, you can now push the MSI apps by setting as mandatory apps via policy.
Here is how you can configure this.
- Login to your Hexnode portal.
- Add MSI apps to App inventory.
- Set MSI apps as mandatory apps.
Now the apps will be installed silently on the devices.
