Hello, My users are not receiving notifications when a text message is received. I confirmed that when not in kiosk mode the notifications are on and working. As soon as I put the user back into Kiosk mode no notifications come through.The text app added in Android multi app kiosk?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out.
Please navigate to Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Peripheral Settings-> Display. Check the ‘Enable status bar’ option to receive the notifications in status bar, just like outside kiosk.
Also, make sure you have not enabled the ‘hide status bar’ option in Android->Advanced Restrictions and have not checked the ‘Disable system bars’ in rooted device. If the ‘users can turn device off’ option is disabled, the notification area will retract automatically.
