Keep connectivity when downloading application on user account remotely

Hello, requesting a feature.

When downloading on Windows on a user account who is not an admin, an additional screen pops up to enter the admin credentials. This screen is not shown on hexnode, and therefore the controller is unable to enter the credentials.

Would this be able to be added for full control over computers?

    We understand the issue, and our team is already working on enhancing the Remote Control feature by providing system level access to the IT administrators. We’ll keep you updated as we progress with the feature.
