Something new is coming your way! The Incidents tab is about to land in Hexnode, giving IT teams a centralized hub to track, review, and respond to incidents across devices, users, and services. Real-time visibility will help spot risks early, maintain compliance, and keep productivity uninterrupted.
The Incidents tab will feature three subtabs:
- Critical: Surfaces the most urgent incidents requiring immediate attention, with customizable incident sources to highlight what matters most.
- Endpoints: Focuses on device-specific incidents, from compliance violations to command failures, high resource usage, and disenrollments.
- Users: Captures user-related activities, including location anomalies, password risks, and unusual behaviours.
Each subtab will have its own dashboard and incident sources, giving admins clear visibility and faster control.
