Deployed the app Ferrite Recording Studio to all iPhones (about 100) via VPP. Users can’t unlock certain features as they are not able to purchase it. Anyone with the same issue?

had this issue a couple of months back. Uninstalled the VPP app and made the employees install the same app through app store. Made purchases through their apple id. reimbursed the employees at the end. I know it is a long shot but it worked!

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, Apple does not support In-App purchases for VPP apps. Try contacting the developers of the apps you wish to deploy and explain your dilemma. They might be able to give you a version of these apps that has all the features upfront. You will have to pay for the features at the time of purchase itself.
