While everyone eagerly anticipates updating their devices to the latest OS versions, as an IT admin, it’s crucial to ensure the stability of the newest OS version. Before deploying it to all the Apple TVs in your organization, you may want to ensure that apps critical to your organization are compatible with the new OS version. The more cautious, the better, right?
Enters Hexnode’s latest feature – a policy designed to delay software updates.
Associate the policy with your Apple TVs (tvOS versions 12.2+) and postpone software updates for a maximum of 90 days from the release of the latest OS version. Users will not be shown the option to update the software for the duration specified in the policy.
