Guys I need to prevent the connection of USB to the Android phones. Basically, transferring files via USB shold be blocked.

Hey, Thanks for posting. Happy to help.
Please navigate to Android–>Restrictions. You will be able to find the following options:
USB Mass Storage: Disable the option to prevent access to external mass storage devices. The option is allowed by default.
USB file transfer: Disable the option to block the transfer of files vis USB entirely. The option is allowed by default.
Choose the option based on your requirements. Associate targets and save the policy.
