How to customize your iPhone and iPad Lock Screen

The iPhone/iPad Lock Screen, apart from displaying the date and time, show notification previews and allows you to access features like camera, widgets, and Siri. You can customize your iPhone/iPad Lock Screen by changing the Lock Screen wallpaper, setting Auto-Lock time, and configuring the notifications.

Change the wallpaper

Settings > Wallpaper >Choose Wallpaper >Location > Select picture > Tap Set and Choose your option.

Setting Auto-Lock time

From Settings > Display & Brightness > Tap Auto-Lock and select the timing you prefer

Turn off access to Control Center, Siri access, home control, and more

Settings > Face ID and Passcode and enter password

  • Today View – Your gadgets

  • Siri – Turning this off means you’ll need to open your gadget to utilize Siri.
  • Reply with Message – Allows you to reply directly from a notification on the Lock screen.
  • Home Control – Control your HomeKit accessories like brilliant lights or garage door openers.
  • Wallet – Bring up the Wallet app on your iPhone for fast payment.
  • Return Missed Calls – Turning this off will prevent you from returning a missed call from a notification without opening your iPhone.
