  • Remote Device Actions from ServiceNow: Execute Hexnode UEM actions directly from ServiceNow incident records without switching platforms. Technicians can perform critical actions such as device lock, restart, wipe, password reset and application installation or uninstallation to resolve endpoint issues faster.
  • Device Context in ServiceNow: Access synchronized Hexnode device information within the ServiceNow AI Platform, giving technicians real-time endpoint context such as device status, assigned user and configuration details for faster and more informed troubleshooting.
  • Automatic Device, User and Application Synchronization: Maintain synchronized records of Hexnode-managed devices, users and applications in ServiceNow to support asset visibility and incident enrichment.
  • Incident Visibility in Hexnode: View and track ServiceNow-generated incidents directly from the Hexnode UEM console. Administrators can access incident details and navigate to the corresponding ServiceNow records for further investigation and resolution.
  • Configurable Incident Synchronization: Apply filters to control which ServiceNow incidents are synced into Hexnode based on priority, state, category or caller, ensuring only relevant incidents are imported.
  • Support for Multiple ServiceNow Instances: Manage and integrate multiple ServiceNow instances directly from the Hexnode UEM console. This allows administrators to connect, configure and operate across different ServiceNow environments from a single Hexnode setup, supporting organizations with segmented or multi-tenant ITSM deployments.
