Download files from enrolled devices

My company has the necessity to access certain files generated by the enterprise app for troubleshooting, it would be nice to have a download option in the file browser page, if it is not possible to directly download them, at least it could be configured to send files by email.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We can currently help you push files to your devices, and view the files on the device. You shall also be able to manage the storage, with actions like moving, copying and deleting the files on the devices.

    But the task of retrieving the files on the device is not supported at the moment. We are getting it checked with our team if we can make it work.

    We shall keep you posted with the updates on the same.
