Edwood Ocasio has been in Puerto Ricos's IT industry for over 30 years. His past roles have taken him from university professor (Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Sciences) to IT Manager and Director of Technology in different industries. Howeve, even in those roles, he has always managed to do some software development.

He has an MS in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez.

Currently Edwood is one of TransCita's senior software developers, but when required, he also helps TransCita in almost all other areas of technology.

Accomplished in leading cross-functional teams, Janice is the senior director of technology, business intelligence and service operations at TransCita. TransCita is the pioneer in providing non-emergency medical transportation services with 20+ service hubs and 360+ vehicles throughout Puerto Rico. Prior to TransCita, Janice has led leadership and technical roles in Pratt and Whitney, Otis Elevator Company and Kraft Foods Groups. As a Computer Engineer and MBA graduate, her experience with strategic planning and implementations has helped orchestrate many game-changing innovations throughout her career with fulfilling accomplishments.
