Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please navigate to Enroll -> Settings-> Enrollment Restrictions-> Device Models Allowed and confirm if the option ‘Windows Tablets/PC’ has been enabled. Only if the option is enabled, the corresponding device model can be enrolled.
