6 steps to successfully implementing enterprise mobility

Implementing Enterprise Mobility is no small task, however here are a few steps to help you manage the transition smoothly.

1. Know your policies and regulations

Before creating a game plan, you have to make sure you really know your side of the story. Analyze your policies in detail and figure out the ones that need to be addressed in regard to enterprise mobility adoption. If you already have a mobility policy in place, it’s a good idea to review it and make sure your mobility strategy still meets your requirements.

Enterprise mobility management is not a one time thing, it’s a long-drawn-out process running alongside your business and should go in tandem with your initiatives like Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). No device management solution will let you implement mobility and then simply forget all about it. More importantly, you can’t take that chance and leave it all to the software. You can (and need to) monitor the entire fleet of devices in your enterprise through the MDM solution. And if something is not right, do not hesitate to make the required alterations.
