With AirPlay being one of today’s most popular media-sharing features, it’s only natural that we extend our AirPlay policy, which we’ve had for iOS devices for a while now, to macOS devices as well!
With the AirPlay policy, IT admins can specify the devices to which their managed macOS devices are permitted to connect via AirPlay. Configuration of the policy is as simple as it gets – simply input the devices’ MAC addresses and AirPlay passwords into the policy, deploy it to the necessary Macs, and done! No more manual password entry or waiting for connections.
We’re hoping to launch the feature at the earliest, keep an eye on the Release Notes space for further updates!
