As is our custom, we will be right here with you, keeping you in the loop so you don’t miss out on any of the fantastic announcements and updates that are in store for you throughout the summit. But first things first – the opening keynote! What a powerful address it was. And I’m here to tell you all about it. So, without further ado, let’s jump right into the juicy details from the opening keynote, delivered by none other than the CEO of Hexnode, Apu Pavitran.

Hexnode Partner Summit 2023 – Opening keynote highlights:

Apu Pavithran, Founder and CEO at Hexnode, took to the stage to welcome our partners – both new and old, and officially kickstart the summit with a captivating address. The opening address was a mixture of pride, gratitude, and strength. A quick walk down memory lane saw Apu recount how Hexnode’s been in the industry for something close to a decade now. Throughout the journey, he said, the one thing that’s been crystal clear is that there is strength in unity and togetherness. And it is with this conviction that he set the theme for this year’s summit. He said…

Together, we can!

The air was, indeed, charged with tingles of pride and gratitude as Apu went on to explain how he believes in the trinity – the Hexnode team, the partners, and the client base. Together, we’ve all raised Hexnode amongst the best Unified Endpoint Management solutions in the market. Amen!

Dreams do come true – Mobile World Congress, Barcelona

Rachana Vijayan, CMO & Director of Sales, Marketing & Partnerships, Hexnode, conveyed the exact emotions that the entire Hexnode team felt as we hosted our first-ever customer and partner meet-and-greet at MWC23. Nothing beats the feeling of finally making a long-standing dream come true. And this year, we did just that! For 3 years, we’d been wanting to attend the largest, the most happening trade show organized by GSMA – Mobile World Congress, MWC Barcelona. After being thwarted by bad luck and the pandemic the first time around, we finally hit the jackpot 3 years later. This year worked like a charm, and we flew down to Barcelona this February. Eyes glazed with wonder and hearts filled with joy, we had an epic time networking with the who’s who of the industry.

Skimming through Hexnode’s 2022 yearbook…

Well, the year 2022 sure has been eventful. In 2022, Hexnode and its partners forged a strong collaborative effort that resulted in the sharing of thousands of joint customer opportunities, marking a significant year-over-year increase. This heightened focus on mutual growth and development has led to tangible progress for all parties involved.

It’s not just talk. We have the numbers to prove it. The number of companies aligning with Hexnode and its partners continues to surge. There is a staggering 75% rise in partner registrations in the past year alone. This, in turn, has led to a remarkable 60% increase in the customer base across 100+ countries.

Quite some numbers, right? But it’s not just about numbers. It’s about the growing trust and solid foundation between Hexnode and its partners. Customer retention rates have hit an all-time high for both Hexnode and its partners, proving yet again that together, we can!

2022 – A year of awards and accolades for Hexnode

While the market stats and numbers were changing, and the market was going up and down, Hexnode managed to be noticed. There is no better way than to quote Rachana to express the sentiment.

From being featured in esteemed editorials and magazines like Forbes, 9To5Mac, and TechTarget to being recognized by notable peer-to-peer researchers like Gartner, G2, Capterra, GetApp, SoftwareAdvice, TrustRadius, etc., Hexnode turned some heads.

Indeed, together, we did!

May 2022 saw us featuring as a GetApp Category leader for Mobile Device Management software and receiving TrustRadius’s Top Rated Award 2022. Not to forget, we also managed to be recognized as a leader in the IDC MarketScape and got mentioned as a notable vendor in Gartner’s 2022 Magic Quadrant for Unified Endpoint Management Tools. 2022 definitely was eventful!

Opening Hexnode’s bag of features…

Technology is evolving at a breakneck speed.

Truer words haven’t been uttered. Every day we see something new popping up. AI models like ChatGPT and GPTZero have the masses in a chokehold. People are being wowed with the advancements in technology daily. So, unless we want to go out of commission, we need to up our game and cater to their needs. So, here, at Hexnode, we believe in catering to our customers’ needs with style. And keeping this in mind, Apu skimmed through the list of features that have become a part of Hexnode in the last one year. And boy, was the bag of features full!

Windows & Mac remote control:

Apu was definitely right when he said it was unfair to ask the IT guys to run around trying to fix all the IT issues. With Hexnode, you can now access and fix Windows and Mac devices from one place without physically being there.

macOS local user management:

Properly managing multiple user accounts on a device is crucial for maintaining security and preventing unauthorized logins and data breaches. Hexnode now allows you to remotely manage user accounts on Macs. This new feature gives you even better control over your managed Macs, thanks to the macOS local user management system.

Hexnode Gateway for macOS:

Moving a large number of Macs from one UEM to another can be a major headache for IT departments. Fortunately, Hexnode has developed a migration tool that simplifies the process by providing a straightforward method for enrolling macOS devices based on specific business needs. It’s now much easier to migrate Macs from any UEM to Hexnode with minimal hassle.

iOS User Enrollment:

When it comes to onboarding Bring Your Own (BYO) devices, Hexnode has a solution for iPhones. The new feature allows you to secure BYO devices using iOS User Enrollment, which is specifically designed for BYOD scenarios. This feature prioritizes user privacy while also maintaining strong enterprise security measures.

iOS data usage tracking:

Hexnode recently introduced data usage tracking for iPhones, a feature that was previously only available on Android devices. Now, iOS and iPadOS users can also monitor network data usage directly from the Hexnode console.

Windows AD asset binding:

In 2022, Hexnode ended the year on a positive note by releasing the much-awaited Windows AD asset binding feature. This new feature makes it simple for admins to add Windows devices to an Active Directory domain. And then, remotely link Active Directory user accounts to those devices.

As Apu said, this past year, Hexnode has been really busy. And it’s only getting busier as Apu hinted at a few exciting features being in the pipeline. There really is a lot happening in the Hexnode work dens. But don’t worry people, we’ll let you in on all the fun as and when it happens!

Wrapping up the opening keynote

And that’s a wrap on all things that made the powerful opening keynote raising the curtains for the fun-packed event that is Hexnode Partner Summit 2023. Stay tuned and enjoy the spread! And don’t forget to come back here if you missed something from Hexnode Partner Summit 2023!
