We have temporarily suspended all business travel, instituted a work from home policy, took onsite interviews to Zoom, and closed down our offices to visitors.
On top of everything, we want to assure our customers that you’re at the heart of everything we do, and that our strong business continuity plan will ensure we deliver uninterrupted service and the usual seamless experience across our products.
Our key business functions like technical support, cloud services, and network operations are already distributed across the world to ensure consistently high uptime and great customer service to all our users. Hexnode’s partners also have in place solid contingency plans to limit business disruptions.
But, most importantly, we understand how some of our services are a lifeline for our customers, especially in times like these, when organizations are going remote. So, we have set up additional facilities where our critical teams can work safely and in isolation, no matter how the situation changes, to help you ensure your own business continuity.
The health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we work and live in are our top priority. We have limited work-related travel and enabled most of our employees to work from home.
As for our business-critical teams, we have provided apartments where they can stay safe, engaged and productive, while following relevant social distancing protocols. Personal workspaces, collaboration tools and stellar network infrastructure enable our teams to continue offering the world-class customer service you have come to associate us with.
We’re all going through unprecedented times, but we have equipped ourselves to be there for you, to ensure the wheels keep turning for your business, even as the world changes before our eyes.
We will offer uninterrupted live chat, email and telephonic support as always. However, our teams are staying in touch with health officials and closely following CDC and WHO announcements.
