Hexnode en route to Barcelona to attend MWC 2020

UPDATE: MWC 2020 Barcelona has been canceled, an excerpt from the official statement issued by GSMA reads:

With due regard to the safe and healthy environment in Barcelona and the host country today, the GSMA has cancelled MWC Barcelona 2020 because the global concern regarding the coronavirus outbreak, travel concern and other circumstances, make it impossible for the GSMA to hold the event.

Highlights from MWC 2019

• Around 350 speakers shared their views and opinions on the future of the mobile industry. This included 10 keynote sessions and 42 track sessions.
• 59% of the total attendees were senior-level decision-makers including 7900 CEOs.
• Nearly 200 countries and territories were represented with the maximum number of attendees hailing from Spain.
• MWC2019 was declared as the largest tradeshow that is Carbon Neutral.
• MWC2019 also showed huge strides in female participation, with 28% of the conference speakers being female. 35% of keynote speakers were also female.
