G2 announces the release of the Summer 2021 grid report for the MDM category, and this time, Hexnode UEM strides to the top of the list, obtaining the Leader badge, one of the top honors in the grid report.
G2, one of the largest and most trusted software marketplaces, publishes industry-specific reports once a quarter. The grid report is formulated based on two main factors – customer satisfaction and market presence. Based on the user reviews and the data aggregated from online sources and social networks, vendors are classified into four broad quadrants – Leaders, High Performers, Contenders and Niche. The Leader quadrant is categorized by both higher customer satisfaction and market presence, while the High Performer quadrant includes those with high customer satisfaction and lower market presence, and the Contenders are characterized by the higher market presence and lower customer satisfaction. The Niche hosts the remaining products.
The MDM Grid Reports that usually exhibit a marked difference from the previous season have remained relatively stable this time around. While Hexnode and Google Workspace made it to the Leader category, all others more or less maintained their previous spots.
