We’re starting to use Google Enterprise for our in-house mail services and would also like to enroll devices in the Android Enterprise Profile Owner mode. Is it possible to add google workspace accounts to the work profile in these devices?
Hello, welcome to Hexnode Connect! Yes, Google Workspace accounts can be added from the Hexnode portal on devices enrolled in Android Enterprise Profile Owner mode. All you have to do is use the Mandatory Apps policy to install, and App Configurations policy to configure the Gmail app. Although, only Google Workspace accounts can be configured and not personal Gmail accounts.
