Michele leads Forrester’s edge computing and IoT research across platforms, services, applications, and vendors. Her expertise spans edge devices including AI PCs, major verticals (across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics) and major use cases via her famed IoT heatmaps and evaluating the four edges that define the market. Michele also focuses on endpoint device management solutions including unified endpoint management (UEM) and autonomous endpoint management of IT and operational technology (OT) devices.
