Michele leads Forrester’s edge computing and IoT research across platforms, services, applications, and vendors. Her expertise spans edge devices including AI PCs, major verticals (across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics) and major use cases via her famed IoT heatmaps and evaluating the four edges that define the market. Michele also focuses on endpoint device management solutions including unified endpoint management (UEM) and autonomous endpoint management of IT and operational technology (OT) devices. During her tenure at Forrester, she has advised leading Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies on their edge/IoT strategies and has been frequently cited in major news outlets including The Washington Post, Tech Target, Reuters, CIO Dive, and Computer Weekly.

Bradley Chambers is a longtime Apple IT administrator with over 15 years of experience managing and deploying Apple devices across a range of industries. He covers Apple in the enterprise for 9to5Mac and hosts the Apple @ Work podcast.

Paul Hettesheimer is the Vice President of Sales for the US regions at Hexnode. With over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer service. His exceptional technical aptitude, strong focus on customer service, and process orientation contribute to corporate growth. His leadership aspects in developing skilled teams, combined with his proficiency in project management and strategic planning, has consistently driven success and expansion. His role encompasses not only guiding sales initiatives but also enhancing Hexnode's presence and effectiveness in the US market.

Blake Neate is the Manager of Enterprise Sales for the UK region. With a diverse background in software, hardware, SaaS, and security solutions, his expertise lies in consultative sales and management. Blake is excellent at establishing long-lasting business relationships because of his customer-focused attitude, solid technical understanding, and genuine interest in understanding his client's business goals. Known for his enthusiasm for achieving goals, he is in a great position to support development and provide excellent customer service. Mark Martin is the Senior Solutions Engineer at Hexnode. Being a prominent member of the Sales & Customer Success team, Mark finds great satisfaction in exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating to them how rapidly technical practices advance in the product space. Passionate about technology, he excels in advanced management platforms and has expertise in global security solutions. Certified in Mac integration, Mac OS X, and Casper administration, he also has a strong background in cloud computing, data transmission, and fiber optics. Away from his professional duties, he enjoys skydiving, scuba diving, rock climbing, and solo hiking in remote areas.

Saikrishnan R is the Manager for Presales & Implementation at Hexnode. With extensive experience in consultative sales and project management, Sai excels in designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. Known for a strong technical background and a strategic approach, he works closely with customers to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Hexnode's solutions. Saikrishnan focuses on building strong client relationships and driving the success of each project through meticulous planning and execution. Kevin James Taylor is the Manager for Channel Sales at Hexnode. Renowned for his expertise in channel partnerships, account management, and a consultative sales approach, he has consistently met or exceeded quotas over the years. Kevin is known for building genuine, long-lasting relationships based on honesty, drawing from his experience on both the reseller and manufacturer sides to create a unique approach that resonates with partners and prospects.Kevin collaborates with the marketing team at Hexnode to develop go-to-market strategies, hires and empowers important channel partners, and increases brand awareness through events and co-marketing initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, watching or playing sports, going to the gym, and attending autograph shows.
