General

There's no rush to sign up for HexCon24; registration is open until the event day if spots are available. However, don't miss out on the added benefit of our Early Bird pricing at $399 till August 30th or choose the Standard rate at $599. 

When is the last day to sign up for HexCon24? 

We only accept card payments. Keep an eye out for the receipt after completing your registration. 

What modes of payment are accepted for registering for HexCon24?

What is the cancellation policy for HexCon24? 

While pass transfer isn't typically encouraged, we understand individual circumstances may arise, and exceptions can be made if necessary. Please email us at events@hexnode.com  for more help. 

Can I transfer my pass for HexCon24 to someone else? 

Your attendance at HexCon24 is highly valued. Nonetheless, please understand that the host retains the right to admission on various grounds. 

Does the host reserve the right to deny entry? What conditions could prevent entry to HexCon24?  

HexCon24 is an exclusive event reserved for pass holders. Each attendee, be it your guest or colleague, will require a pass for entry, ensuring everyone a pleasant experience. 

Can a guest accompany me to HexCon24?

The Grand Central Station is only a 3-minute walk away and LaGuardia Airport is roughly 10 miles from the venue. 

Which is the nearest airport/station to HexCon24's location?  

Attendees can look forward to breakfast, lunch, and refreshments at the venue on both days, with dinner also served on the first day.
