Bijo Paulose John is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hexnode. As COO, he is responsible for driving business operations and maintaining operational results within the company. Ulf is the Chief Security Strategist at Protegrity, previously Head of Innovation at TokenEx, Chief Technology Officer at Atlantic BT, and earlier CTO at Compliance Engineering. Ulf was the CTO and a founder of Protegrity Technology. He invented the Protegrity Vaultless Tokenization and created the initial architecture of Protegrity's security technology.
At Protegrity he serves as a catalyst for innovation with an active role in shaping the product roadmap and strategy. Ulf works in industry standards bodies, has an active role in forming strategic partnerships and alliances across the industry, and represents Protegrity at C-level meetings with customers and prospects. Prior to Protegrity, Ulf worked 20 years at IBM software development and research, in the areas of IT Architecture and Security.

John Grim has over 19 years of experience leading investigations of data breaches and cybersecurity incidents within the government and civilian security sectors. Currently, as a Distinguished Architect, John leads the Verizon Threat Research Advisory Center (VTRAC) Research, Development, and Innovation effort. In this role, John focuses on all aspects of cybersecurity incidents, performing digital forensic examinations, advising on data breach containment and eradication efforts, and creating response preparedness training and breach simulation exercises for customers worldwide. Prior to Verizon, John served 12 years with the U.S. Army as a Counterintelligence Special Agent investigating security incidents.

His breathe of experience allows him to go into any situation and provide advice to MSPs on plethora of ways to secure monthly reoccurring revenue through services like Trustifi's Email Security Solution. Jamie's experience is unique in the sense that he worked as an MSP, has advised over 3,000 MSPs globally on their security go-to-market plans, and has provided calculated and well-measured advice to governments, businesses, and individuals on cybersecurity challenges and exposures.
