How do I renew / setup a license agreement?

    Hi Jeff,

    When you sign up for a 30-day free trial, you get to experience the ultimate plan consisting of all the available features. Once your free trial gets over, you can choose from the pricing plans displayed here.

    To set up a new license agreement with us, Visit our pricing page.

    Choose the plan that fits your requirements and click on Get Quote.
    You will be asked to submit a form after which our team would send you an official quote containing all the relevant details. Payment link will also be provided with the quote.
    If you are close to your license expiry date, a message “Your Hexnode MDM license will expire in n days” will be displayed on top of your dashboard as well as your license information page. You are advised to renew your license before the trial period ends. If you renew your license before
    expiry, the remaining number of days will be added to your new package.

    To renew your license agreement, head to Admin > License.

    Here, you’ll see your general license information such as the domain name of the licensee, email address, number of devices licensed, license activation and expiry date and the current licenseplan that you have opted for.
    Click on Renew License. You’ll be redirected to our pricing page from where you can request for a new quote. You can also contact us through email, phone or chat to get your license renewed.

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Yes, you can. Login to the Hexnode MDM portal. Please navigate to the Admin-> License and click on the Upgrade/Renew or Subscribe button. You will be directed to the subscription page.
    Configure your requirements such as number of technicians, the preferred plan, total device count, etc and you will be directed to the payment section. You can also request a rough quote from the portal. Click on the Change Plan button shown below the current plan name in the subscription page. You will be directed to a page where you will have the option to choose the desired plan. Once the plan is chosen, click on Get Quote to generate a request for the quote.
