Display Serial Number on Floating Display of Settings

We have added your suggestion as a feature request and have raised it to our concerned team. We are grateful for the time and effort you have taken in order to bring the same to our attention.

Alternatively, within the Peripheral Settings > you can enable the option ‘Show device and server information’ so that you can select the same from the device in Kiosk mode and this would display the Server and device info. There you can make use of the device ID in order to identify the device.

Every device that is enrolled in your Hexnode portal would be given a unique device ID that can be used to identify the device.

To get the device ID from the Hexnode portal, within Manage tab > Click on the edit icon > Select ‘Device ID’ > Done.

Please continue sharing all such features that you wish to see within the Hexnode portal. This really helps improve our software to a great extent.
