Change the email ID of a user in Hexnode MDM

Is it possible to change the email ID of an user associated with the Hexnode account?

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Yes, it is. You can edit the details of the users from the Hexnode portal.

    To edit user details:

    • Login to the portal and navigate to Manage-> Users and click on the desired user.
    • Click on the Actions button and choose the option ‘Edit user’.
    • The user details will get displayed and you will be able to modify the details. Replace the existing email ID with the new ID.
    • Click Save.

    Please note that only the details of a local user can be edited in this manner.
