Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can. Please navigate to Admin-> Technicians and Roles. The technicians that have been configured along with their details will be listed. Turn OFF the toggle button at the end of the row along which the details of the desired technician are listed. When you want the technician to be active again, please turn ON the toggle button.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, CAPTCHA can be enabled after failed login attempts.

Please navigate to Admin-> Technician and Roles and click on Add Technician. The options to configure a new technician will appear. At the bottom will be the option to set the number of failed login attempts after which the CAPTCHA is to be enabled. Configure the options and click Save. The new technician with CAPTCHA enabled will now be created.
You can also edit an existing technician’s details and enable the CAPTCHA if it has not been already enabled.

To enable CAPTCHA on all technicians within the portal, navigate to Admin-> Technicians and Roles. Under Global CAPTCHA settings, enter the number of failed attempts, after which the CAPTCHA should be enabled.

    Cheers!

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

It will depend upon the value set for the number of failed login attempts after which the CAPTCHA will be enabled. The CAPTCHA settings with the least value will be enabled, irrespective of individual CAPTCHA/Global CAPTCHA settings.

Please check out our help doc creating technicians for more info.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The technician with the ‘Admin’ role will be able to deactivate himself. If the admin deactivates himself, he will get logged out of the portal on trying to access any other tab in the portal. If he tries to login, he will be receiving the message ‘User is inactive! Please contact your administrator’. The account will have to be activated by another admin/super admin for enabling the admin to login again.
