Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The probable cause for this error is that the Hexnode link goes to which should go to This may also happen due to an incorrectly terminated session.

To solve this:

  1. Try to clear the cache of your browser and access the Apple Push Certificates Portal directly at
  2. Try to log out from the Apple Push Certificates Portal:
    1.Login with a different Apple ID.
    2.Log out and sign in back with the first Apple ID.
  3. Try to open in a private browser window and upload the Certificate Signing Request (CSR).
