Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The probable cause for this error is that the Hexnode link goes to https://identity.apple.com/pweb/ which should go to https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/. This may also happen due to an incorrectly terminated session.

To solve this:

  1. Try to clear the cache of your browser and access the Apple Push Certificates Portal directly at https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/
  2. Try to log out from the Apple Push Certificates Portal:
    1.Login with a different Apple ID.
    2.Log out and sign in back with the first Apple ID.
  3. Try to open https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/ in a private browser window and upload the Certificate Signing Request (CSR).
