You are receiving the error as the device is trying to access an app that is not whitelisted. To remove this, you can add the blocked package as a background app.
Please follow the above mentioned steps to add the app to the Hexnode app inventory using the Bundle ID. Next to the bundle ID, you will have to enter the blocked package error that is displayed on your device screen (

Once the app is added to the inventory, go to Policies tab and click on the Kiosk policy that is associated with the device on which the error is displayed. Navigate to Kiosk Lockdown-> Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Background Apps in the policy. Add the created app and save the policy. The app will now be added to the device as a background app and the error will stop appearing.
