Hi there,

No it is not mandatory that every device should have a separate user/email address. You can associate as many devices to a user, and there is no limit on that.

You can disable the authentication in Enrollment, this will assign the devices to the default user selected in the Enrollment Settings(Admin Tab->Enrollment Settings).
