Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The probable cause for this error is that the Apple Configurator has cached an expired certificate.
Please follow the below steps for solving this:

  1. Go to Apple Configurator menu and choose Preferences. 
  2. Select the Servers tab.
  3. Select the desired Hexnode MDM server and click on the ‘-’ button at the bottom to delete it.

Please try to re-enroll the device now. When asked to enroll in the MDM server, choose New Server to configure a new MDM server.
