Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

This error might be because the device has an MDM profile already installed in it.
Please follow the below steps to remove the existing profile:

  1. Please go to Settings-> General on the device.
  2. Select Profile and Device Management and click on Hexnode MDM (if the device was previously enrolled in it) or name of the MDM provider in which the device was enrolled. Scroll down and select Remove Management and click Confirm. 

Please note that you will not be able to remove the profile using this method if it was created by Apple Configurator and is password protected or is DEP enrolled.
