App store in AFW enrolled devices

I’m afraid that’s how the devices enrolled under Android Enterprise are supposed to be.
However, you can use the App catalog to create a custom app store for the users. You will have to navigate to the Apps tab and create an app catalog. This can then be deployed to the device via a policy. Navigate to Android–>App Management–>Catalog, add the created catalog and save the policy after associating the targets.
You can also design a layout for the store that can consists of pages for different departments and clusters as sections within the pages.
