Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Since the iPad is stuck in kiosk and cannot be connected to a network, you might have to use an Apple Configurator to exit the kiosk mode.
Please follow the below steps for the same.

  1. Connect the iPad to a Mac on which Apple Configurator 2 or above is installed. The iPad will now be shown in the Apple Configurator if it is opened.
  2. Right click on the device, click on Remove and select Profiles.
  3. Select the profile from the window that lists all the profiles installed in the device and click Remove Profiles.
  4. In the confirmation box, click remove.
