Hey, Thanks for posting the query.

We do not have an option to set a new passcode from the portal.
However, the password that the device is currently locked with, can be cleared. For this, navigate to the Manage tab and select the desired devices. From the Actions button dropdown, choose the ‘Clear Password’ option. The password will be cleared immediately from the device.
