It looks like the action “Clear Activation Lock” is causing the problem. When wiping an iOS device, Hexnode gives you the option to Clear Activation Lock. Activation Lock is a security feature by Apple that requires the user to sign in with the same Apple ID linked to the device before the wipe to make the device usable. The feature “Clear Activation Lock” provided by Hexnode proves helpful in situations when you want to reset a corporate-owned device that is locked with the personal Apple ID of an employee.

The screenshot you shared shows that the “Clear Activation Lock” action is failing. This can be because the Activation Lock on the device might have already been cleared. Kindly hover over the (i) icon next to the Failed status in the Action History sub-tab to know more. Try wiping the device without enabling the option “Clear Activation Lock”.
