Dr. ir Johannes Drooghaag

CEO

Spearhead management

Founder and CEO of Spearhead Management, Executive Consultant, Business Coach and Trainer, Keynote Speaker, Author, and award-winning content creator for Cyber Security, Leadership and Agile Business Management.

https://johannesdrooghaag.com

With a background and promotions in Applied Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Operations Management, Dr. ir Johannes Drooghaag learned the tricks of the trade in leadership as a young officer. Leading by example gets a different dimension when you are literally out in the field, and these handson lessons continue to be the foundation of the work of Dr. ir Johannes Drooghaag.

Focusing on the optimal collaboration between human potential and technology, by developing the needed mindset and skill set in organizations, is the core of the consulting, coaching, and training portfolio.

This can be in Cyber Security, where the human factor has a significant higher impact than all the technology combined. Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 can only succeed when the organization is driving technology and transition. Agile and Agility require an organization that is ready and willing to adept, with the right mindset and skillset to accept challenges as they come.

Developing a sustainable society without technology appears impossible in our highly connected and technology driven world. That said, we must drastically improve the sustainability of design, production, and usage of technology. “Because we can” and “because it is possible” are not valid strategies for technology, because it is sustainable and contributes to a sustainable society are the only valid product and service strategies. By design!

After promoting in Applied Information Technology, the mother of Digital Transformation, and leading a fast-growing software company, it was clear to me that technology evolves significantly faster than we enable people. Since then, I focus on the Human Element in Digital Transformation and enable people and organizations to become Human Centric technology leaders.
